  This is the Second time I order from here since I moved to the area. Both times my order were either entirely incorrect or not properly prepared. The first time they gave me an entirely different salad than what I ordered. Didn’t even get the additional chicken fillet I requested. Now this second time not only do I not get 2 Sweet Teas but there’s a bun missing from my sandwich. How is it that you guys are so consistently inconsistent with these orders? I’m not the type of person that does reviews but Jesus Christ 0/2 on orders right is insane. My advice to everyone please check your bag to ensure you have the right items and everything that you ordered properly before you drive off.

  If I could give zero stars to this specific Chick-fil-A location in Dacula, I absolutely would. This all happened today. I placed a fairly large order with multiple meals, and when it was delivered, I realized the kids meal was missing. I called the store and spoke with a manager named Adora. She apologized and asked if I could come back to pick it up, so I had to drive back just to get that one item. Also, for an order of about seven meals, there were no sauces or condiments included at all—even though they were specifically requested. That’s simply not acceptable. After picking up the missing kids meal and returning home, I then realized the fruit that was supposed to come with it was also missing. I called again and spoke with the same manager, and once again, I was asked if I could come back. At that point, it’s unreasonable to expect a customer to keep driving back and forth over missing items. She then asked for my phone number to look up my Chick-fil-A app account, which I use frequently (atleast 3 times a week)but claimed she couldn’t find it. Her solution was to write down my name and tell me I could come back within 30 days to receive a free kids meal. This entire experience was frustrating and inconvenient. Multiple mistakes on one order, no accountability, and expecting the customer to fix the issue repeatedly is not acceptable. This location seriously needs to improve its attention to detail and customer service.

  Forgot my sandwich, so they put me on a list for one with a brownie to make up for their mistake. No problem, mistakes happen. Went to get my sandwich a week later, and they said your not on out list so there is nothing we can do. Worst customer service ever!

  This place CONSISTENTLY gets your orders wrong. When I say CONSISTENTLY I mean CONSISTENTLY. If you buy from here CHECK YOUR FOOD. I go to the cfa in Hamilton mill and this seldomly happens. They always get it right. But the one in Dacula??? CONSISTENTLY gets orders wrong! Consistentlllyyyyyy

  Paid for two salads a Market and a Cobb salad received both salads with no berries, blue cheese, eggs or tomatoes. Can’t believe I wasted money on something I could have made at home. If your location is out of ingredients don’t allow people to order online.
