  This Taco Bell location is consistently disappointing. The wait times are always excessively long, no matter the time of day. The customer service is poor—staff often come across as rude and unprofessional. On top of that, my order is frequently incorrect, which makes the experience even more frustrating. Overall, this location seriously needs improvement in both efficiency and customer service.

  If I could give no stars I would. I placed an order on the kiosk and waited almost 30 minutes to even get someone to let me pay cash. I paid almost $21 to get burnt brownie empanada and cold taco. I also got a cheesy bean and rice burrito and it was falling apart. They didn't even try to keep the burrito together. The fact I'm paying so much for nothing edible is abysmal. I called corporate and explained to them everything I dealt with here.

  Please properly staff your restaurant I am BEGGING. Always a minimum 15-20 minute wait and it’s never that busy, you just have TWO people working and I imagine the demands placed on them are ridiculous. They are forced to prioritize drive through while lobby suffers.

  If i could put 0 stars i would. I asked for 10 nuggets they gave me 5, they were out of the churro twists and didnt put it on their machine. The whole place was trashed and the tray was sticky before we even used it. 0 out of 5 stars wouldnt recomend . They should be out of buisness. Oh and one more thing. We ordered take out and they put it on a tray and not a bag. Also workers are complaining very loudly in front of the customers. Very unprofesional.

  I’ve been to this location many times and have never had any issues until this visit. I ordered a Cantina Bowl and my father ordered cheesy fries and a chalupa. The employee taking our order asked us multiple times what we ordered, even after we had already told them and waited about 10 minutes behind the car in front of us. When we got to the window, we were asked again what our order was. It also seemed like only two employees were working. One of them was frequently on her phone, and the other told us they were out of chalupas and said she needed to “dumpster dive in the back freezer” to find them. That wording was really unprofessional when talking about food. They asked my father if he wanted something else instead of the chalupa, and he said yes. When they asked what he wanted, he told them they could just make him anything. When we finally got our food after about a 20 minute wait, he was given a burrito with rice, chicken, and cheese that looked slightly burnt, and the cheesy fries were undercooked. We also weren’t given any utensils or napkins. My father is a manager at a fast-food restaurant, and he mentioned there’s usually a manager on the floor during shifts. From the way things were handled, it didn’t seem like there was one present. It was disappointing because I’ve never had a bad experience at this location before.
