  Store is notorious for leaving out items on mobile orders. 4/5 orders are missing items. Have to drive back constantly to have order rectified. When this store opened we were excited to have a close by TB but this store is managed horribly. Half the time quesadillas aren’t cut and the food looks rushed missing the proper amount of meat etc. This is not an issue at the store on Bethelview.

  Im so tired of trying to get the iced coffee and the teenagers dont know how to do it right. Please tra8n your people because my stuff should be iced cold. Not blasting hot with a single ice cube in it. I came here yesterday and it was perfect! Probably the manager but bruh im tiredddddd its always a gamble

  I called in a Taco bell delivery service on a Friday night from this location and realized after I placed the order that an item I had ordered had onions on it (I'm alergic)...so I called the taco bell store location that my order was coming from and a wonderful women named Sephora answered and quickly adjusted my order to ensure onions would not be included. So impressed by the quick change to an order that was made by third party. She was so friendly and accommodating!! Very impressed with the care and consideration that Sephora offered me!! Nice to see an establishment is so concerned about quality customer service these days!!

  Food was made fresh and all the times ive gone to taco bell this location is the best. Thank you so much for the wonderful staff and amazing food.

  I don’t frequent Taco Bell much and today’s visit ensured that I definitely won’t be at all in the future. I went in to order and not one employee said a word to me or any other customers at the counter. They don’t take your order, you order on a screen. I placed my order and requested a text receipt which I never received, I’m not sure what the qualifications are for working here are but reading apparently isn’t one of them . They don’t take your order, the don’t speak to you unless your in the drive thru and they must not fully read the order because the order was wrong. Several missing items. Great start to a new fast food “restaurant”.
