  I went on the new location and the staff was so nice that I asked myself if I was in the wrong place. Loved the place and staff.

  About three weeks ago I stopped at the McDonald’s on the highway in Cumming and went through the drive-thru. The employee at the first window who took my payment really stood out. He was an older gentleman named Jeff. He was incredibly kind, had a great smile, and really went out of his way to be friendly. It might seem like a small thing, but his attitude honestly made my night. Sometimes a simple act of kindness can make a big difference, and that’s exactly what happened that day. I stopped by again today hoping to see him so I could thank him properly. He wasn’t working today, but I was able to get his name. Jeff — if you ever see this — thank you. You made my day more than you know. McDonald’s has a really good one working there.

  This McDonald’s is unbelievably immaculate! The food is exactly as expected and the atmosphere in the dining room is pleasant!! This location is on Matt highway by Coal Mountain in the Matt Town Center. The service is fast and friendly! Definitely one of the cleanest locations I’ve been in.
