  Im literally done with this location. After all the pushy tip fiasco - Dont bother ordering delivery. I ordered directly through the app and they sent it through Uber eats. It took an HOUR to get here. I live 2 miles away from the restaurant but Im sick so I ordered delivery.

  I go to Jimmys for my vegetarian sandwich, although they are famous for their meat options, their veg sandwich is one of the best, with jimmy pickles and cheese.

  Ordered a pick up tuna sub, 90% lettuce 10% tuna and none of the options I added came on the sub. Terrible

  The worst location ever!!! We love Jimmy johns and we were sooo excited when they put in a location here in Cumming but it is worth the 30 minute drive somewhere else. This location is NOT FREAKY FAST is ridiculously slow and genuinely sucks so be honest. I literally just came from there and there was not even 2 whole pieces of turkey on my sandwhich when you look at it from the sides and edges all you can see is bread... and all you can taste is bread... awful I want my money back. If I could add a photo I would....ALSO ITS OBVIOUS THE GOOD RATINGS AE FROM ACTUAL EMPLOYEES.... WHO THE HELL COMMENTS ON HOW HOT AND GOOD LOOKING THE STAFF IS..GET OVER YOURSELVES.
