  I came in at 11 pm Sunday night Morgan was great she was the only worker and made my food excellent all though I felt bad for ordering cause it was just her she had phenomenal service.

  I’ve visited this location many times and the food is consistently great, but the service this past Sunday at 8:00 p.m. was beyond absurd. While standing at the counter, I was told by the staff they were "only taking mobile orders." The staff was standing right at the register while being paid to be on the clock, yet they refused to take an order from a customer standing three feet away. I was not the only one in the store when this happened; I saw another gentleman walk in and walk out just before I did—I’m assuming for the exact same reason, as the staff wasn't helping anyone at the register. It is incredibly disrespectful to the franchise owner for employees to turn away walk-in customers while standing at their station. I feel for the owner here; it isn't their fault, and I hate that their business is being represented this way when they can’t be there to micromanage every second. This location is great and the food is excellent, but the current staff is actively driving business away and needs to be replaced.

  I placed an order for wings that was supposed to be ready in 8–13 minutes. I arrived expecting to pick up my pre-ordered food, but instead ended up waiting nearly an hour before receiving it. What’s the point of pre-ordering if I still had to wait that long? To make matters worse, the lady working Sunday night around 10 PM would not come to the service desk to assist customers. There was no communication or sense of urgency, which made the experience even more frustrating. Very disappointing service. I hope management addresses the lack of customer service and improves wait times, especially for pre-orders.

  Went around 10:30 PM on a Friday night to get wings. While we were standing there, the blonde cashier kept staring at us in a very uncomfortable way. Even after making eye contact, she continued giving us a death stare. It made the whole experience awkward and unpleasant. Definitely not the kind of atmosphere you expect when just trying to grab some food.

  Always great wings. Today we had something missing from our order, while driver was en route, Azaria called to let us know about the missing fries and we were able to pick them up and she offered us an extra order and a brownie as an apology. This is the correct way of handling customers. Azaria was professional and kind and apologetic. I could have gotten mad, but that wouldn’t have made the situation different. Just appreciated the extra effort in righting the error. We need more employees like Azaria !
