But tonight, their customer service impressed me even more than the smoothie itself. I walked up to the door just after closing and was disappointed to see it locked. As I turned to leave, a young man named Zayden noticed me, came outside, and said, “Excuse me, sir… is there something I can help you with?” I told him I was craving a Blimey Limey. He explained that they had already washed up and closed out the register, but he’d still be happy to make me one. That’s the kind of genuine customer service you don’t see every day. I didn’t take him up on the offer, but I did make sure he got a nice tip. Give that young man a raise. He’s exactly the kind of employee every business needs.

They just put egg and some sort of other cheese and threw it on our face. It's not like they were closed, they accepted the offer but treating like this is bad. I used to like tropical cafe but after this experience I don't feel like going back there again.
