    I was waiting for a DoorDash order for more than 20 minutes, while some customers had been there for over 45 with no food. The employees were dismissive and goofing off. The manager was also very flippant about the wait, and I could hear them making fun of us customers calling us impatient and rude. I advised my customer not to order from them again.

    I MEAN *no* cheese because I have a dairy allergy and cannot consume milk unless it's cooked into something. Asked for no cheese. Got cheese. Lots.

    I was stuck in there mobile app line and couldn't get out because the line didnt move. I was sitting in their line for close to 30 mins before I could get out. Didn't get food. Wouldn't recommend this branch

    The customer service is amazing! Yes it’s slow but when the employee realized she made sure I was taken care and that my food was being made asap. Night shift seems to be trying to pick up their paste more of these days. 6.5/10.

    I’m not sure the problem, but this location has the worst service ever. From picking up my own orders and picking up DoorDash orders every single time you’re guaranteed to wait at least 10 to 20 minutes. It doesn’t matter if it’s 2 items or 10 it always seems to take about the same amount of time. I get it’s Taco Bell, and it’s not expected to be great service but when it’s been consistently this bad for several months if not years there’s a problem.
