  I’ve never had an order made wrong! I always get my deluxe box from the app and it’s made perfectly, very nice employees on drive thru

  I had a DoorDash delivery of my food, which my delivery guy was great! But my food was AWFUL!! I have tried calling the store 4 times and have gotten No Answer as well. I had said on my order.. Light Beans on my salad, the whole Bottom was floating in it with No sauce at all on it. I didn’t even Receive my Chips. The New Churro things are normally great.. But Not from this Location!! They were raw with hardly any cinnamon sugar on them. My Burrito I ordered was even FULL of Beans and it was light beans. I spent $30 on getting my food Delivered to me bc of Breaking my Ankle.. And this isn’t the first time I’ve had bad food Delivered from here but just looked over it. I will just start going to the other Taco Bell from here on out. This was a waste of my time and money!$

  Their food was really bad and it tased like cardboard. I do not recommend them this location.

  I am not one to eat fast food weekly or write reviews. I always give places the benefit of the doubt as much as I can but with the disrespect and total disregard that I have received from the employees of Taco Bell, its about time someone points it out... What a miserable miserable establishment. I have ordered on Uber Eats from this location multiple times. It ALWAYS shows up extremely late (its not because of Uber). I even had a conversation with the Uber Eats driver who was livid at the staff for taking 40 minutes to make 2 burritos... I have also been to this establishment on multiple occasions and sat in line for 30 minutes or more with only 2 or 3 other people in line. Once you get up to the window to see what could possibly be taking so long you see employees laughing and playing on their phones while 1 or 2 people take their sweet time putting your order together. This one and the one in Cumming, GA will both be getting a review from me as they both have HORRIBLE customer service and take forever to make minor orders. It seems that Taco Bell in general does not care about their customers at all. They hire people that do not care about customers and clearly have ZERO customer service training. Unless you want to almost guarantee you're going to wait 30-40 minutes for a $2 burrito and a $2 taco that they charge you $25 for, then stay away!

  The app had some issues and sent the order to a different location and they filled the order still, very kind people
