We had to help another customer place her order (which amounted to $50+) as she struggled to figure out the screens. TACO BELL SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF TREATING CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS ESPECIALLY WITH THE HIGH PRICES. But that's probably their mentality on purpose. Are these employees trained to treat customers this way. Go somewhere else where customers are appreciated.

Manager Britney said it hasn’t been working for a while but no one has to come to replace it. I didn’t receive a receipt. When I inquired about this the manager said the printer isn’t working. My real complaint is driving 15 minutes home to sit down to eat and all the food is stale. The Mexican pizza shell is so stale. I’m so glad I tasted a bite while cutting it up for my son. It made me sick. I let him have my Gordita crunch thinking that’ll be better. Thankfully I decided to taste that too and the taco shell in it was just as gross. Threw it all out. It honestly made me sick and i had to throw it up to get any relief. When I called for an order number so I can complaint since I didn’t receive a receipt the manager couldn’t give me one. She wanted me to come back to the store and return it hahaha. See picture below, it went in the trash. I am so disguised by this Taco Bell! Honestly if there’s management isn’t going to improve quality of food just leave and let another better quality place take over the space so the local people can enjoy decent food.
