As far as the traditional ingredients went and also what sauces I want and I just submitted the order when I arrived at your store. I was waiting but the person didn't ask me what I was ordering and she just gave me the wrong things. Totally wrong? Order the bread, none of the ingredients that I wanted, none of the sauces that I wanted, and I told her that bye, the app didn't ask me for any of that she was blaming me for not knowing how to use the app and giving me a very bad attitude and refusing to add any of the ingredients it's only when I pushed back and told her that I will submit. A feedback that she grudgingly, I agreed to add ingredients and was slamming things around and a very poor show of customer service. So I wanted to make sure that I leave this feedback and that it has given me a very bad impression of subway, which i've been a customer for over thirty five years.
- BABella AndersonAug 2, 20251.0i got a sandwich that had bacon, pepper jack, Jalapeño , black olives, banana peppers, mustard, mayo and baja chipotle. when i opened the sandwich after eating the other half, i noticed no cheese and the bacon wasnt even cooked after about 20-30 minutes eating it i started feeling nauseous i just thought it was my stomach settling but nope i am now sick from the sandwich. Thank you subway.
