  talk about disappointment... I ordered half grilled cheese and half tuna .. unwrapped what was delivered and this is what it looked like ... does that look like it's worth $30? I understand now they don't "grill" their "grilled cheese" event though thats what they call it ... they toast the bread in their commercial toaster oven and then put cheese on top as shown and toast that on top .. and no more than a single slice of cheese... waste of time and money honestly... Well the tuna was salvageable but the dog enjoyed the burned cheese on bread. .. nice try but I won't be ordering or visiting panera again any time soon ... maybe I could come teach you how to make a grilled cheese?

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed a mobile order and went to the drive-thru to pick it up. The employee (who I believe may be the manager too) said "that order is for in-store pick-up" and slammed the window as I asked if I could pick it up through the drive-thru. I preceded to wait 10 minutes in the drive-thru and then decided to park and go in. I went in and noticed my drink (which was made hot when I ordered it iced) was placed on a random table with my name on it. I asked the cashier about my order and her and another employee looked extremely confused. They remade the drink and I got it. As I was leaving, the cashier asked me what it was? I thought she was going to apologize to me. They all acted so oblivious. Very rude Panera location. I will certainly NOT be coming back. It's a shame as I was going to be late to work and sought this location out of convenience. Step it up y'all!

  Coffee was cold. The person at the front was dripping in sweat and did not offer any assistance. We actually stood there a few moments not sure how to even place an order. The tables were all dirty. The bathroom was dirty. This place has so much potential but is clearly being neglected.

  Had to wait 20 minutes to ask for cups and when I finally waited to talk to the woman at the register, I was addressed, told her I needed the cups, only for her to ignore me and address the woman who had come up around me to first. Soda machine’s drinks are off filter, food took another 35 minutes, quality of food was trash, avocado was rotted, hot sandwich was cold, forgot our cookies. But hey, at least it was clean. I am heavily pregnant and this entire lunch experience with my husband had me in tears
