  Salad was not fresh. Never offered a tea refill or bread. Waiter seemed not be familiar with the menu. Not a pleasant experience. Second time visiting this location recently. Not a positive experience on either occasion.

  Sadly, this was a disappointing experience. We were not served the complimentary bread and butter that is usually offered to all guests. Although the food was prepared quickly, no sauces were offered with the meat, which significantly affected the overall enjoyment of the dish. Our server came to the table only once during the entire evening — to clear the plates. We stayed for over two hours and would have gladly ordered more drinks and dessert, but no one checked on us or offered anything. After I paid the bill on the handheld device without leaving a tip, the server immediately returned demanding an explanation. I calmly tried to explain the service issues and was willing to leave a cash tip if there had been an apology. Instead, she reacted rudely, scoffed, and walked away. I used to love this restaurant years ago, but unfortunately the service has declined. I don’t see myself returning and will be looking for a more welcoming place.

  My family and I decided to have outback yesterday for dinner before my mom and I left to go back to Missouri, my mom had a coupon for 20 dollars off there, our server was nice but a bit slow causing us to have 2 servers. The food there though not that good, my sisters and Nana's steaks were both very spicy for some reason. When it came to my salmon it wasn't bad, at the time I didn't know it was undercooked though. After we got done with our food we paid and left. A few hours later though around midnight I got a very upset stomach from what my guess is the salmon causing our ride back to Missouri to get delayed by a day. So please whatever you do make sure your food is safe to eat before eating. My overall rating 2.5/5 stars.

  Waited 30 mins to get our drink order, waited 30 mins for our appetizer, waited 30 mins for our dinner. We were seated behind an 11 top. We had been looking forward to this for our anniversary dinner. Seated at 5:20 didn’t get to leave til after 7. The waiter did offer us free dessert but I wasn’t willing to wait another 30 minutes for it. Several staff passed by us while waiting for our drink order to be taken and no one stopped to ask if we had been helped. I know we weren’t in their section but I have had that happen at other restaurants where staff has stepped in to help. It was just really disappointing especially for the amount of money that was spent. .On top of that we both asked for medium well but steak was medium- rare. We ended up feeding the left over to our dog. Won’t be going back to this location again.

  Had dinner here with the family today, and while the food and drinks were fine and consistent with what you would expect and typically wouldn't warrant a separate review, the service was top notch and worth shouting out! Ben was so attentive and accommodating - he answered every question, took care of all special requests, and treated every member of our dining party from 9yo onwards with so much care, kindness, and respect that it truly made an impression. Thank you for a great, memorable dining experience that would make people want to come back again and again!
