  I ordered on the app. I get there and put in my curbside number. I immediately get a notification saying my order was canceled. Then another notification that I didn’t put in a number and to pick it up inside. Directly following that one is a notification that curbside is now closed. It’s not even 5pm, lol. My littles love their happy meals or I would just not bother.

  My Big Mac was hot but terribly disgusting. So much sauce on my big Mac was almost like I was trying to drink a hamburger. 2 bites=trash where it belongs. French fries were cold and stale. I'm so mad because I was hungry and I just threw away $13. 1st trip here and last time.

  Woman who seemed to be a manager was literally yelling profanity at the other employees so loudly, I could hear her in the lobby. Will definitely not be going back to this location.

  Although I know their management or McDonalds corporate doesn’t even read these reviews, at least this might serve as a warning to potential customers: this place is an absolute dump, do NOT waste your time coming here. Rude, unprofessional, incompetent, lazy….this describes both many of the employees behavior AND behavior of some of the managers I have encountered. Every time I go in there to eat, there are issues; employees on their phones or joking around with each other while refusing to acknowledge customers, manager yelling at employees where the whole restaurant can hear, putting DINE IN orders with table numbers on the to go pickup shelf instead of carrying them out like they are supposed to, every table dirty, serving cold fries, asking for my order at the drive thru window and then never responding after I give them my order, only to get to the window for the cashier to say they didn’t put my order in, waiting 15 minutes for one Filet O Fish, I could go on and on. I am sure there are a few good employees out of all of them, but the one truly good employee I have encountered is a special needs man who is usually sweeping and mopping the dining room. Unlike the others, he actually cares about his job and his customers. Oh, and I almost forgot, my mother, who is older, went through the drive thru and had a brain fart and forgot to order at the speaker and instead pulled up to the first window. The cashier rudely told her she had to drive back around and order at the speaker even though there was no line of cars behind her 🤦🏼‍♂️

  Came through kind of close to close tonight, I hate doing that but my daughter was hungry.. and every parent knows! Anyways, I came through the drive thru and Jeff took my order, I just wanted to say how amazing and sweet this man is. He was a little busy, and he was so kind and so amazing. I just wanted to thank Jeff for being so sweet when I was there so close to closing. Take care of my guy, Jeff.. he’s wonderful!
