    Place is an absolute joke. Everytime you go in drive thru no matter a line or no line you get moved up next to the door to wait for an hour while the car behind u pass with the same order. I’ve tested it with my friend because of how much of a joke it is. Next it takes them 10 years to get anything out to you a biscuit and hash brown takes 30 min. They’ve left the bun off of my Big Mac I usually don’t do this but I am so sick of how terrible this place is ran.

    I guess McDonald’s used to make burgers at one point. Now they put their overly processed chicken that hardly tastes like chicken between pancakes. Everyone working there today looked like they couldn’t care less if the place burned down and finally they’d be put out of their misery.

    Caroline is the worst manager. Instead of taking care of her customers she is more concerned with the time clock to push people through the drive thru. I recommend that everyone drive up the road to Culver’s. Way better service and if no one is waiting behind you they don’t make you park and wait for your food. Ridiculous and rude.

    I went through the Drive Thru today with a complicated order and Justin who took my order was so nice and patient. When I got to the window Juan was also super nice and made sure my order was correct and I got everything I needed. They went above and beyond. I don’t often write reviews, but when I see good people with good service I want to make sure they get the credit they deserve.
