  Very disappointed with this location. The Filet-O-Fish was extremely dry and barely had any tartar sauce. I haven’t had a bad Filet-O-Fish in a long time, so this was really disappointing. The double Quarter Pounder is usually juicy with grease coming out, but this one was completely dry. We asked for no salt, and my husband honestly felt like the Quarter Pounder may have been rinsed or soaked in hot water to remove the salt because it tasted bland and off. The nuggets were cold and didn’t taste freshly cooked. Overall, this was a really sad meal. The Post Road McDonald’s is consistently much better.

  this used to be the only location I would go to, but now I will never come back to this location because of the way the customer service is handled. I came through early in the morning got a small latte and when I picked it up, the lid was not completely snapped on. The only reason it was not noticed before is because When it was handed to me, I grabbed it from the lower part of the cup, which I cannot grab if it is in a cupholder in my car. It was only secure on one side the scolding coffee went all over me all over my car. I’m five months pregnant and when I called to ask them if I could come back through to get one, they said only if I came in the lobby after I just told them I was covered in hot coffee and the lady on the phone had an attitude with me about the situation like it was spilled on her. to the rude girl on the phone, I am so sorry it’s an inconvenience for you that the coffee was spilled on me because the lid was not completely on. There is no reason why I just picking up a cup would cause the lid to pop off.

  Thanks for having such an amazing team!! My food was hot and made exactly as I ordered!! But the team members were the real treat… They were professional, courteous, and even humorous!! Especially the “Gingy” crew members!! I’m happy we stopped at this store and got to experience such an extraordinary group of people!

  I genuinely have no idea how a business can fail on a consistent basis and remain in business. This location hires folks from bottom of the barrel with the worst attitudes. Heaven forbid if you ask a question, you get an eye roll and some short response with an attitude behind it. For the monopoly event, this particular location only gave you a monopoly piece 30-40% of the time. Wild thing to want $15 an hour when you give $7.25 effort. UPDATE: 11/29... FORGOT EVERY SINGLE FRY WITH EVERY COMBO WE ORDERED. HOW? Proving the incompetence, yet again. And McDonald's employees wanted $15 an hour... ROFLMFAO
