- JMJason MitchellFeb 15, 20261.0Yet another bad experience with McDonald’s. I ordered a large iced macchiato with light ice. I get handed a small at the window. Pull around, go inside to ask if it was a large. The manager says no but you got light ice. I said I know that, I ordered a large. She went around the corner with the small and came back 2 minutes later with a medium. I was so mad about it I had to turn around and walk out. Also, the hot honey chicken biscuit and hash brown were not fresh and pretty much room temperature. Won’t ever go back and suggest anyone reading this do the same. That’s stealing in my opinion. The audacity of a manager to give me a small when I ordered a large and say it’s because I got light ice is absolutely insane, THEN COMES BACK WITH A MEDIUM. There is a $2.20 up-charge for large. Pics tell the story.
