It took the server 15 minutes to come take our order, and when my side salad arrived, the mushrooms on top were black and slimy. Server was dismissive and almost slipped out of her pink fuzzy slippers when taking the food back to the kitchen. There was no apology or offer of something else, and no manager on site when requested.

- CCCheriDec 16, 20251.0I just moved here 1 month ago and since I'm from New Jersey I thought I would try Johnny's New York Style Pizza! Huge huge mistake! I called I was left on hold for 17 minutes and 50 seconds. I went in and showed them how long I had been waiting he said sorry it was a mistake and that's the manager or owner that I spoke to. I showed him my phone that proved I was on hold for 17 minutes and 50 seconds and then someone picked it up, saw that it was off the hook, proceeded to dial out and then hung up on me after I said hello for about three or four times. What kind of manager runs a restaurant and then tells a customer, after I asked, what are you able to do for me after what happened? His response was "I am going to do absolutely nothing for you." Because of course on the East Coast we treat people with respect and we want them to come back and honor our business so we do a little something for their inconvenience. Apparently in Georgia that is not the way that you treat your customers because you do not want them to come back! I am appalled at the way I was just treated. I would never ever never ever never honor this pizza shop or recommend it to anyone!
