    Ordered a large pizza well done / EXTRA crispy. Got this barely melted mess and half the pizza was stuck to the box and inedible. Very disappointed. This place has zero consistency. The people are nice, they just don’t have a clue about what they’re doing.

    I was hoping these new owners would really turn this place around; unfortunately, this is not the case. The service and food has gotten progressively worse, and there is also the bathroom stench from a plumbing issue that had plagued that place long before these new owners.
