    Arrived at 5:54, was told that they are closed. Closing time was not until 6:00. Was refused service upon pointing out that it was before 6:00.

    As I was waiting for my order for about 10-20 minutes. The manager is constantly yelling, cursing out her staff, outwardly shaming them for simple mistakes instead of helping them, and shooing them away. I genuinely feel bad for the new hires working under this toxic establishment. I understand the morning shift can be hectic. But that's no excuse to treat your employees like that. Do better.

    I love dunkin and this was an amazing location. As soon as I walked in I was greeted immediately. There were people waiting for their food and there was an attendant being very helpful and organizing the food for them. I asked a question and one girl very politely answered and helped me! Great location, I love Dunkin.

    We placed our order on the app and when we arrived, it was not ready. The manager was very rude. We showed her our order on the app and she didn’t care. She berates her employees and loves to argue with customers. This location is terrible and has gone downhill. I will not be back.

    Extremely rude at this location idk what happened to the staff but they need a revamp trash trash trash they are extremely rude not professional at all if you do get a coffee its the luck of the draw if it even taste good and in the morning they have such a crappy staff they will pull you to the last window and make you wait 40 minutes for a coffee while serving around you then telling you they lost your order twice like get it together such a sad thing this story use to be really good
