The attitude is constant, the eye-rolling is nonstop, and somehow they still manage to mess up almost every order. The food is usually wrong, the coffee tastes burnt every single time, and the wait is long no matter how many people are in line. I’ve actually watched Patricia, the so-called manager, yell at her own staff in front of customers. Maybe she thinks being older makes her automatically right, but it definitely doesn’t make her a good leader. Honestly, this location needs a complete management overhaul. Until then, save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else for your coffee
