  I hate to say it, but Dunkin’ Donuts is not the same for donuts as it used to be when I was growing up. Too dry and jelly donuts have such a tiny amount of jelly. The munchkins were ok.

  This morning at around 9:50 AM, my 17-year-old daughter had a very unpleasant experience at the Dunkin Canton Highway in Cumming, GA. She simply asked for two minutes to decide on her order. The employee at the drive-thru said, “Okay, I’ll be right back to take your order.” While my daughter was still inside the store, another employee a tall, woman came from the back yelling at her, saying something like, “Say what you want already.” There was absolutely no reason to raise her voice or speak so aggressively, especially to a minor who was being polite and respectful. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and very disappointing. It’s a shame because this area has many customer and limited businesses. We are neighbors, but after this experience, I would rather drive two extra miles to a place where customers are treated with respect. Customer service matters.

  Could do better but they do try to rectify mistakes. I ordered a box-o-hot chocolate for a 1st grade winter party. Ordered in the morning for a noon pick up. I walk in at 11:55 and they tell me they've been out of hot chocolate since yesterday. Okay, so you couldn't call me to tell me that hours earlier so I could try another location?? The only thing that saved this review is that Erica/Erika called nearby Dunkin stores and got one who could make the order for me. Luckily I had just enough time to go pick it up. Thank you Erica!

  I’m mobile order from this location 4-5 days a week. Every time I arrive, they always have my food and coffee and it’s always hot and fresh. The staff is always incredibly friendly.

  I love the food and the drinks at Dunkin and the location is perfect bc every time I go somewhere I see Dunkin and it's easy to get things there and the workers are fast at their jobs... I recommend this place!!
