Each time they do not place the orders on the mobile order shelf designated for them. They take the inside orders and your mobile order gets pushed to the bottom of the line. I waited inside for 15+ minutes and kindly tried to get their attention and they ignored me. When I finally could get someone to acknowledge me, they had prepared my order but never called my name nor placed it on the mobile order shelf. It was sitting right at the cashier. The girl who gave me my order was rude, not having any sense of urgency. I understand it gets busy, but to not even acknowledge customers and when you finally do, to make it seem like it extremely inconvenienced you. Service is terrible and they need to be trained.
