It said the pizza was there and ready since 4:30 PM. 4 hours passed and it still said my pizza was there waiting on someone to deliver it (I lived less than 10 mins away so it wasn’t going far). Will never order from here again

The quality has taken a nosedive recently, with pizzas arriving with barely any toppings or seeming undercooked. But the worst part is their complete lack of customer service. Twice now, I've had an issue with my order and have taken the time to raise a support ticket through their system. Both times, I received an immediate automated email saying they received my complaint and would look into it. And both times, that was the last I ever heard from them. Just complete silence. No follow-up, no resolution, no apology. It's clear they simply don't care. If you have a problem, don't expect any help. They are happy to take your money, but if they mess up, you're on your own. It's a shame to see a place go downhill like this, but when a company shows such blatant disregard for its customers, it's time to take your business elsewhere. I certainly will be.

After 15 minutes, the app still showed the pizza being ‘in prep.’ 45 minutes later, 8 employees in the place, not one of them at the counter helping the line of disgruntled customers who had been waiting for their ‘ready’ pizzas. Several employees just wandering around. When one employee finally looked up at a yelling customer, she was told her pizza fell on the ground coming out of the oven. What?? This was the third chance I have given this location. We won’t be going back for take out or delivery. All the employees need to go back for training and learn customer service.
