  We stayed in store from order to pickup but we noticed a few sanitation issues. No one wore gloves and would touch other items in between making our food. Didn’t notice them washing their hands either. They used the same pizza cutters without differentiation between veg and meat pizzas. The speed was pretty efficient and the workers were really nice but they’re just missing out a bit on the hygiene.

  Unfortunately this location has gotten really bad and I WILL NOT be ordering from here again. 2 delivery orders in 1 week, both wrong items. Pasta dish that should have include marinara sauce, had Alfredo. Mgr said cannot refund after delivered and too busy to redeliver, but would credit pasta dish on next order to call once ordered prior to delivery. 2 days later ordered & called mgr to remind...not only did I not get credited, but also had another error on this order. Received garlic bread bites instead of the cinnamon bites. Too many times this has happened and although not a huge amount, disputing the charge for last order with bank.

  Worst experience! Every time I order, they miss a topping. I stopped ordering from here for a year. Today I thought, since it’s been a while, maybe things had improved — but that was a terrible decision. First, they delivered the pizza without the buffalo sauce I had requested. I had to return it and call them to explain. After some time, they sent another one, but this time the pizza was completely drenched in buffalo sauce — so much that I couldn’t even see the pizza, only the sauce. I really wish I could attach an image here. I called again. The lady on the phone was courteous and agreed to send it over again, but honestly, I’m puzzled how a place can run a store with such lack of care and consistency. This whole process took two hours, which defeats the purpose of delivery.

  This is by far one of the worst Domino’s locations I’ve ever dealt with. They literally hang up on customers when answering the phone, which is beyond unprofessional. When you do manage to place an order, expect to wait 2–3 hours for delivery. That’s not an exaggeration. And after all that waiting? The pizza shows up undercooked. Twice. I made the mistake of giving them a second chance, assuming the first experience was a fluke. It wasn’t. The same exact problems happened again, proving this place has serious and consistent issues with both customer service and food quality. Don’t waste your time or money here. There are plenty of other pizza places that actually answer phones, cook their food properly, and respect their customers.
