I specifically asked for the $7 meal deal and even told her I wanted vanilla for the sundae. At the window, she tried to tell me I ordered the “#11.” I said, “No, I ordered the $7 meal with the sundae.” Gaslighting me! She then says she has to charge me $3.89 extra for the sundae. I’m like, wait, what? You’re charging me more for the same thing but not even giving me the sundae? I was so annoyed I just said “forget it” and drove off. But it kept bothering me, so I called them. And to “make it right,” they offered me a free sundae next time I come in. Like… seriously? I already paid for the sundae…l actually paid a dollar more and didn’t get it! It’s not about the money, it’s the principle. The “owner” offered that free sundae like it was a favor. Thanks for getting me all worked up in front of my kids after having a beautiful day and having me go search for another sundae else where..

Last time I checked both are called Dairy Queen, you are the same brand to the customers and should tear them the same. We love DQ, but we will not be coming here again.
