As you can see, half the rice is missing — this isn’t a “shifted in transit” issue, it’s just not there. Rice is literally the base of the bowl, and paying full price for something this skimpy feels like a rip-off. Online orders should be consistent and portioned the same as in-store orders, but this looks rushed and careless. I didn’t customize the bowl to remove rice, and there’s no excuse for sending out something this incomplete. Very disappointed. If this is how online orders are handled, I won’t be ordering again.
