I ordered online pickup and waited UNIRONICALLY 4 minutes before someone helped me. Two women were working on online orders, paying no attention to me the whole time. After 4 minutes, the woman checking out people finally asked me my name. This woman is a saint and even apologized for interrupting the person she was checking out. HOWEVER, those two others working online orders didn’t care to finish a 10 second interaction. I do online to make my interaction quick. There is no reason I should have to wait 4 minutes for an already done order. ALSO FOR GODS SAKE CUT YOUR LETTUCE MORE.

They were so quick yet so careful with everyone’s orders, they switched things out for what was more fresh without me even asking and they did it with a smile. 100% such a good hardworking employee. To work that well during a dinner rush, they deserve a raise! Customer service was amazing!!! Thank you again!!!
