  I go here often and every single time the food hits the spot! This is my go to restaurant in the collections, and everything I’ve had here is amazing. The portion sizes are quite large (often it has been too much food for me) and there is enough variety that everyone can find something they like! The service is amazing and the workers are always very personable and kind, they definitely contribute to the warm atmosphere. Some of my favorite things to get here are: Mac ‘n cheese bowl, peri peri fries or Cajun fries (the fries are always perfectly hot and crispy!), chicken biscuit and the tandoori chicken club sandwich. 10/10 would recommend!!

  My friends and I go to Chick N Cone pretty much every week, and at this point we’ve tried almost everything on the menu. One thing I can say for sure is that their food is always fresh and made with care. I get the Chick N Bowl a lot, and the first time I had it, I genuinely thought it was the best thing ever. I mean… how could it not be? Warm, crispy chicken, creamy mac and cheese, and perfectly seasoned fries all in one bowl is literally the best combo ever. Writing this review is honestly making me hungry all over again. Their pizzas deserve their own moment too. My favorite has to be the tandoori chicken pizza. It’s always hot and fresh, and the cheese pull is unmatched. You can just tell it’s made right when you open the box. Lately, my friends and I have been getting their rice bowls, and those are amazing as well. Honestly, everything on the menu hits, but if I started describing every single item, we’d be here for a very long time. Another huge plus is that all of their food is halal, which makes it more available to customers. I’ve heard some people complain about the wait time, but personally, I don’t mind it at all. You’re getting high-quality food that’s made fresh, so waiting 15–20 minutes is completely worth it. Plus, since it’s located in a mall, you can walk around, shop a little, and come back to some delicious food. The inside of the place is also really nice. It’s well-designed, has comfortable high chair seating, and plays good pop music that makes the vibe even better. On top of that, the workers are incredibly kind and thoughtful. One time, my friend mentioned she hadn’t drunk water all day, and they gave us free water without us even asking. Little things like that really stick with you. Overall, Chick N Cone is one of those places you keep coming back to because the food is consistently great, the atmosphere is fun, and the people genuinely care. Highly recommend.

  This place is constantly understaffed and horribly managed. After giving this place a few tries I will not return or recommend. Service time to get your order is too long. Had an order pick up for 12:30 and had to wait till 1:05. The restaurant is constantly empty even the restaurants next door are constantly busy during lunch hours just confirms that this place is not worth your time or money. Watched customers walk in and because it’s one person working there is a lack in customer service. Food is constantly made incorrect and the quality tastes subpar.

  I go here basically once every week or two and their foods always been great. The staff are incredibly sweet and friendly and the shop is super welcoming. Genuinely one of my favorite places in the collection to bring my friends by and it’s so underrated people should totally check it out more:)

  Absolutely ridiculous! We came all the way here hungry because Google says you’re open — only to find the doors shut. If you can’t keep your hours accurate, at least update them online! Wasted time, wasted fuel, and still no food. Totally unacceptable.
