  The absolute best chicken burger I have ever had. It was a little unassuming walking in but the person at the counter has a stern politeness that I appreciate in people and the chicken burger had me really wishing I wasn’t on a diet so I could eat two more. I’d attach a picture if I didnt eat it in less than 5 minutes. I will be coming back.

  They have a cute wall but everything else is horrible. We went in on a Sunday at 1pm and found a singular employee in the entire restaurant. He was quiet, mumbling his words, and didn't know what he was talking about. We all ordered our food and found a place to sit. The drinks (of that which were available) were very syrupy and didn't taste right at all. This brings me to the first picture of the soda machines. Much like a "Where's Waldo" portrait, the longer you look, the more you see. Except instead of a dopamine hit, it's a slight feeling of dread that compounds with every find. First, we have two drinks out of order. That happens, no big deal. As we continue to look at the machine we notice its base is propped up by two styrofoam cups. Still weird, but not too nasty. To the right there are also no napkins. I find this is more than a minor inconvenience when eating finger food. Lastly, but certainly most unsettling, is the bug trap set up just to the left of the machine. I appreciate you using a trap, but right next to drinks and where food is bound to be put down? After 10 minutes, I alone received my food. Except it wasn't what I ordered. I ordered the sandwich pictured in the restaurant which was advertised as the chicken salad sandwich and received what consisted of lettuce, tomatoes, and chicken. I clarified I had actually ordered the chicken salad sandwich (because this was obviously not that) and the singular man assured me that was correct. Another 15 minutes pass by and the rest of my family gets their food. The glorified bar food was mediocre at best and my family wasn't even interested in finishing. He also forgot an order of fries. This is impressive because of the 5 customers in the entire building, my family was 5 of them. As we were leaving, another poor man and his family walked in to order. I felt a moral obligation to turn him away. This was also right as we passed the pitiful 80 on the inspection report. I usually let this stuff go, but as someone who appreciates food, I felt it would be a disservice to society to let this place continue to have an inflated 4.4 stars.   My friends and I go to Chick N Cone pretty much every week, and at this point we’ve tried almost everything on the menu. One thing I can say for sure is that their food is always fresh and made with care. I get the Chick N Bowl a lot, and the first time I had it, I genuinely thought it was the best thing ever. I mean… how could it not be? Warm, crispy chicken, creamy mac and cheese, and perfectly seasoned fries all in one bowl is literally the best combo ever. Writing this review is honestly making me hungry all over again. Their pizzas deserve their own moment too. My favorite has to be the tandoori chicken pizza. It’s always hot and fresh, and the cheese pull is unmatched. You can just tell it’s made right when you open the box. Lately, my friends and I have been getting their rice bowls, and those are amazing as well. Honestly, everything on the menu hits, but if I started describing every single item, we’d be here for a very long time. Another huge plus is that all of their food is halal, which makes it more available to customers. I’ve heard some people complain about the wait time, but personally, I don’t mind it at all. You’re getting high-quality food that’s made fresh, so waiting 15–20 minutes is completely worth it. Plus, since it’s located in a mall, you can walk around, shop a little, and come back to some delicious food. The inside of the place is also really nice. It’s well-designed, has comfortable high chair seating, and plays good pop music that makes the vibe even better. On top of that, the workers are incredibly kind and thoughtful. One time, my friend mentioned she hadn’t drunk water all day, and they gave us free water without us even asking. Little things like that really stick with you. Overall, Chick N Cone is one of those places you keep coming back to because the food is consistently great, the atmosphere is fun, and the people genuinely care. Highly recommend.
