  Got drive thru tonight and, while hot and fresh, I was missing the $5 container of gravy I ordered. Everyone working there was super nice, so I may stop by one day this week to see if they can make good on it for something else.

  Came to this location and ordered an 8-piece mixed chicken meal and 12 tenders, but was given a 12-piece meal instead. When we went inside to explain the mistake, the shift manager refused to speak with us and did not help resolve the issue. We were made to pay again for the correct order, even though the mistake was not ours. The shift manager pushed all interaction onto Loyota, who was absolutely wonderful she is friendly, patient, and professional. She was the only one who actually tried to help and kept a positive attitude the entire time. Loyota truly deserves recognition and should be in management. Because of the poor customer service and lack of accountability from management, we will not be returning. Sadly, I can now understand why the Dawsonville location closed.

  Today February 10, 2026 at 12 nooni went into this Bojangles, First I was told that they do not sell Bo Bites but they are clearly in your face advertised on the menu board., yhen i decided to go with bone in chicken, but there was none if that ready either, So I wound up ordering a breakfast sandwich, which was Luke warm at best, Gravy looked like it had been cooked since they opened this morning.Seasoned fries that had little to no seasoning on them. I should have known that this might not be the best location to stop at, seeing as they are to lazy to take down the Christmas Tree, in the middle of February. I first thought it was maybe a tree decorated for Valentines day, but as you can see in the pictures, there are Santa and Mrs Clause standing on table beside the tree. This will be my last trip to a Bojangles. It seems that since corporate sold all the stores to independent franchises, the whole brand has gone to hell.

  I placed a catering order over the phone since there wasn’t an online option, and Kiara was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, patient, and incredibly helpful, and I never once felt rushed. I called again the morning of the order just to confirm everything, and she greeted me so warmly and reassured me it would be ready on time. When I arrived, everything was perfectly packaged and ready to go exactly as promised. The team member who assisted me even offered to help carry everything out, which meant so much. I cater for our coworking space often, and this level of care and service is truly rare these days. I’m so grateful for such a smooth, positive experience. So thankful for Kiara & Bojangles in Cumming this morning! THANK YOU!

  first time having Bojangles . HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WILL NEVER COME BACK OR TRY ANOTHER LOCATION EVERY AGAIN . I had a mishap with my card getting locked during the transaction when I received the notification I fixed it instantly so they can retry my card by that time I was told my card declining broke their machine and I have to leave and go somewhere else. I told the guy it was a mishap I have the funds just retry my card he told me no they tried it to much they can not be tried again he was not trying to listen to me I even went as far as offering him to see my bank account to show I have the funds and it was a mistake if he tried my card again it will go through with no issues he still told me I need to leave . I should have pulled off since I was being declined service! but I was trying to be considerate of the cooks who went to go make my food. He even told me I should go down the street to McDonalds because they were not gonna service me .After much back and forth and asking him where in the policy did it say you can not be serviced if your card declined he finally tried my card again which went through!!!! he seemed irritated my card went through and he just handed it back and closed the window as I was speaking to him. Then the other cashier came back and told me to pull up which I did and waited for the food to come out when she delivered it to my car she didn't say have a good day or thank you or anything just shoved the bag through the window . I don't know who manages this place but you need to evaluate who you have engaging with customers this was a awful experience and I don't like that I was turned away from this establishment and made to feel a certain way.
