I appreciate that this location has freedom to decorate for different holidays to make it a unique experience. Corporate may be taking away triple pepper, chocolate turnover, caramel cookie etc but at least this location is getting to keep some individual decor to help make the experience special.
The gentleman Steven was kind when he took our order and he even brought the food to us when he saw we had just sat down. While we were eating: others finished and Steven promptly took upon himself to clean cafe. (Started by spraying & wiping tables, had separate duster for chairs ,then switched to broom to sweep floors) and when people walked in he rushed back to counter to serve them.

This place has gone down hill. Three years ago i gave thi@ place 4 stars,now id give it zero if i could.Ordered the original chicken sandwich, the chicken was hard and barely room temperature. Manager Adrian said he didn't have a chance to do the temperature and hold time checks, Potato cakes half were hot other half were cold. They packaged one hot to one cold. We had 1 med order and a large order,both had one hot potato cake. They were even fried to different colors of darkness. Adrian said they needed to change the grease. I called to return my food Adrian told me to bring the food and reciept in tomorrow, because he ( the manager on duty) could not do a refund. Im TIRED OF COLD AND OLD FOOD.
