  I used to come here all the time and everything was great. Now I feel like there’s new management or ownership and coffee taste watered down and line moves so slow. Pretty disappointed.

  I normally don’t write negative reviews but this place was once my goto Dunkin. They had quality in the past now had gone down hill at large recently. Not sure if there was any management change or something. All food taste different and cheap - posted my pic on the cheese Bagel i got with No cream cheese at all. And i literally asked to add less ice and paid for it extra but in my drink still got whole jug of refresher full of ice with likely less than 100 ml drink but full ice. But they added extra 1$ for less ice and pumped the drink price to 5.5$. I have seen this store has got 5 stars when it started and sure there is reason why it gone to 3. Worst and poor - please change the workers working there or its the management.

  They totally messed my order up. I ordered bacon, egg, and cheese croissant but received a bacon morning wrap. I also ordered a lemonade refresher and got a strawberry refresher. Couldn’t go back because we were headed to school. Will not go there any more!!!!
