The manager truly stood out—very attentive, friendly, and always making sure everything was running smoothly. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about the customer experience. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a pleasant atmosphere. The products were fresh and tasted great, which builds a lot of trust in the place. On top of that, the service was fast and efficient without sacrificing quality. Definitely a place worth coming back to. Kudos to the team, and especially to the manager for making a real difference.

She insisted on making my order for me despite coming to the wrong store. Shirley and her team were so friendly and efficient. I truly appreciated the kindness and excellent customer service. Will definitely return. The new chocolate covered banana iced coffee was WONDERFUL!!!

I bet she was just in a hurry since she had to handle everything herself (I am a regular here and the staff super lovely usually, sometimes a bit understaffed) . 6 bucks for milk with syrup (that tasted awful) - don’t get the matcha and just make the trip to the kung fu tea less than a mile down the highway from here.
