  They wrote a "C" with a Sharpie (for Chicken) on my tacos like normal, but they pressed too hard and ended up breaking the foil and writing with Sharpie on one of the tacos! I asked the cashier whether she just wrote on the taco itself, and she said No. I opened the taco and showed her that there was a big black Sharpie mark on the taco shell, and she didn't even look at it -- just looked at me like she didn't understand what I wanted her to look at, until I just left with my inedible food. This place is a health code and customer service disaster.

  Rice was not cooked at all.. Can't even chew it. It's totally uncooked. After coming home I have to cook that rice again separately by separating other items from it to be able to eat it. All other items were good. Fully cooked and flavorful vegetables etc..

  Ok so let me start by saying I'm not from this area but i love chipotle. I'm eating for two right now so im super hungry (and greedy) .. let's start by i should have record the way they barely gave me any food. I mean goodness. And if you ask for a little more they tell you they will charge you. I sucked it up and just took what they gave but the chicken was sooooo salty. Like almost unbearably salty. Which is strange cuz that's never happened before.

  Mr. Mendoza. At 3:45pm 3/28, your RRB store was a mess with a staff of 8 that I could see. Two were on break at a table with your shift leader standing with them viewing iPhones while your drink area was a mess. Serving line too. Line of 6 with one person serving. Cashier had to go to drive up and prep that meal so all stopped. This happened while your leader was at table on iPhones. Two staff in the kitchen were cutting up but didn’t have pork ready so server slighted me on the portion. When finished with break, the two young women went to work at register and food line. No hand hygiene. Kitchen a mess with dirty pans piled up on transfer table and at sink area. I went from messy drink area to ask for manager to complain about cleanliness but got your card instead. Napkins, straws, cups, lids, liquid all over the floor. Bar table in that area also dirty. Btw, same coke spill is outside your front door over a week now. We are less than 1 mile from this store and I’m there 3x a week. Sadly, today reminded me of the old Chipotle. If you pay a crew leader, I suggest they work to provide a respectable place for customers.

  For amount of money they charge .. got really bad and stale food, made me stick couple of time …health department should pay them a visit before there is an outbreak and people get sick Most important thing, they were almost out of Barbacoa and lady ask the guy at the grill .. they guy had plastic bag with Barbacoa on the flame with water in it .. I:e, the Barbacoa wrapped in plastic bag was getting heated up in water over the stove .. plastic was getting leached in and that’s what they were serving … the health dept need to get there and get this inspected … seen this happening at the this place number of time … Forsyth county health dept should be more proactive …
