  Okay not to name names but a server whose name that starts with an L and rhymes with Sleonard had me fearing for my life. All I did was put in an order and he gave me a look that sent chills down my spine. My order was messed up and he said it was my fault and gave me a soggy mountain of meat and 4 month old cheese. The sandwich was dripping wet but somehow dry at the same time and the music playing made me feel like i was in a horror movie and Mr L made me feel like i was being hunted when he kept staring at me while i was simply trying to stomach the abomination of a sandwich I didn't even order.

  We picked our order after placing online. The food was cold, included no napkins nor sauces, and they left off a food item. I called and literally the girl on the phone said “oh our fry lamp is out”…. and then she continued with saying we are out of apple turnovers. I asked why she did not tell us, and her reasoning was “we don’t really do that!”. It simply was awful tasting, missing items, and did not even include the sauces. And literally just made it known they will not even bother to tell you they are out of something even though charged.
