  Larry the manager was very polite and professional. I had not eaten all day and they were cooking my food fresh. Since I was feeling weird he gave me 4 nuggets while I waited for my meal. I started feeling better while I waited.

  THE LIGHTSKIN BOY IN THE WINDOW WITH THE GLASSES ALWAYS RUDE. IF YOU DON’T LIKE YOUR JOB QUIT. FOOD WAS GOOD, but he need to work on his customer service because the next time i won’t be as nice. I like this location BUT HE NEED TO GO immediately. Ion have this problem with nobody else there literally. Don’t try me!!

  Bradley took my order. The speaker was going in and out. He was impatient and had a nasty attitude, and kept cutting me off. When he gave me my food, he said your welcome before I even said thank you and shut the window while I was speaking. The crew working with him found it funny . It’s sad how customer service is at an all time low now days. Lord I pray that whatever Bradley is facing that you help him to his breakthrough and open doors for him that he never knew about. I also pray for his happiness that it be restored. Amen

  Wow has this location went downhill. I used to come here bc it was one of the only places to get my order right. Hate McDonald bc I hate the taste of onions I always just get a plain Dave’s double. Anyways the last time I came I basically gotten an argument with the worker over the drive-through intercom because I didn’t know you could order their new Frosty’s in any flavor ice cream I thought it was just vanilla. She literally yelled at me through the intercom Saying that we’re out of chocolate ice cream before I could barely get the words out of my mouth. I thought the picture was just Vanilla it was a misunderstanding, however she handled it horribly. We placed our order and pulled up to the second window, but I didn’t even feel comfortable getting my food here At that point out of fear that somebody may spit in my food or something so I just want to McDonald’s. Today I tried again and their Service was once again horrible. They took five minutes before the ladies before me could even place their order and then rushed through mine. Not that big of a deal, but I didn’t get my receipt either. So had my burger not came plain they would have to just take my word for it. And we all know their customer service is horrible. Not to mention, I finally got my brownie batter frosty… But they didn’t even blend it. I have to eat my ice cream in order to get to the brownie batter. Absolutely ridiculous. Gave me my frosty first, then parked me for 20 minutes for my food with no straw or spoon so now my frosty is gonna be melted by the time I even get to eat it. If we’re closing down all these good restaurants In Covington like sonic and Hardee’s might as well take this location out with it. I think I’ll be going to the Conyers location from now on because their service is much better.
