  I'm so Happy that Tropical Smoothie is now in Covington. The staff is Super friendly and place is Extra Clean. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING to this Location you will not regret the service or the Experience.

  The açaí bowls are delicious and fresh . Also great customer service . Really clean place and everyone was really nice and fast service. Hariz did a great job making my açaí bowl .

  I had the pleasure on visiting the new Covington Tropical Smoothie on 278 today, April 3rd, 2026. Hannah and the rest of the staff all had outstanding customer service and hospitality! This will definitely be a regular stop…check them out! And the smoothie “Bahama Mama” was fixed to perfection!!!!

  I am so glad that this location finally opened and I was not disappointed. The food and my smoothie were very good! I’m most impressed because oftentimes, the food quality is not so great when a restaurant has its grand opening. But my son and I both agreed that the food was both good and fresh! Zero complaints.

  I was really hoping this place was Open, per Google online it says it’s open from 7 AM to 10 PM and I am currently here at 8:40 AM and no one is here. Is this place even open this is bad for business before it even gets up and running you all should have a sign on the door that says coming soon instead of open very disappointing.
