  I'd give this place -5 if I could. Went through the drive thru. The employee taking the order was impatient while we were looking over the menu. Waited 10-15 minutes for our food and they didn't even get the order right. They gave us the nachos cheese for the nachos fries but didn't give us the nacho fries. We ordered a chicken grilled cheese burrito but we got a beef potato burrito instead, wrapped up in a grilled cheese burrito wrapper. I called to get a refund or a coupon but the guy said we'd have to come in. I told him we were traveling and he said he'd have the GM call me. Haven't heard from the GM though to resolve this issue. Looked like they only had 2 people working, which explains the long wait. If you go to this Taco Bell drive thru, check your order before you leave.

  Shut the whole thing down smh. Employees are lazy and don’t even know their own menu. They forgot over half of my food items in my order and waited over 30 damn minutes for my food and then to correct it. I would’ve left but the way they design these drive they’d are ment to literally trap you I couldn’t even leave smh. Then they threw the food in the bag and didn’t close the food packaging and the inside of the tacos fell into the bag. Just SORRY. Don’t even donate to the “Taco Bell scholarship “ too.

  Stuck in the drive through for over 25 minutes. One car in front of me. Trapped due to the drive through layout. I regret not jumping the curb and destroying the bushes.

  We placed a family order on the kiosk totaling over $40 and ended up having a very frustrating experience. After waiting more than 30 minutes, my husband asked about the status of our order. At that point, we were told they couldn’t find our ticket because a new employee had mistakenly handed our order out through the drive-thru. They began remaking the order, but the wait was still extremely long. When we finally received our food, it was only part of the order. I informed the cashier, and we continued waiting even longer. It wasn’t until another employee noticed us standing there that anything was done. In total, we waited about 1 hour and 15 minutes and still didn’t receive everything we ordered. On top of that, several items were made incorrectly. At that point, we just wanted to go home since our kids had school the next morning. The staff was kind, and I completely understand being understaffed—we were very patient throughout the situation. However, when customers are waiting that long, there needs to be better balance and attention given to in-store orders, not just the drive-thru.

  3/4 2:36 EST Absolutely TERRIBLE experience via doordash. I just dont understand how you have customers pay for your food and you REFUSE to put those said items IN THE BAG. Paid for a supreme luxe box and literally did not receive the beefy 5 layer burrito at all. I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR. Please do better as a staff and as a whole, that is truly just carelessness
