  Our food was made according to our instructions and we couldn't be happier. My favorite sandwich and the sandwich we bought for ourselves a total of two sandwiches were delicious.

  I placed an online order with this subway for four foot long subs; two on Italian herb & cheese bread, one on Italian white bread, and one on whole grain. I also placed instructions for mayo, mustard, peppers, & cucumbers on the side. They made all of my sandwiches wrong, all on white bread. When I picked them up, I was told that I didn’t have any special instructions when they were clearly on the receipt. I should’ve known to check my sandwiches before leaving but I didn’t. I called the store to speak with a manager. A young lady answered (who clearly was not the manager that I asked for). She was no help and wanted me to bring the sandwiches back because she didn’t believe me but I told her I lived too far to come back for them to remake them today and I was hungry. I asked her once I brought them back what were they going to do with them, re-serve them to someone else? Long story short, they messed up my four foot long subs and did not offer an apology or valid solution for their screwups!

  Sometimes they seemingly don’t notice uber orders until you go in and ask for the order and you have to wait till they make it. Which isn’t worth it if the tip is low. Helps if you can walk in pick it up and go. To their credit sometimes you can others times have to wait
