  After paying for our meal, my husband and I were directed to park in the Curbside 1 parking spot to wait for our food. After waiting 15 minutes, someone approached us with an order that looked to be ours. It was very obvious since one item was the new Huntrix meal. We confirmed what we ordered, the man looked at what he had and walked away to a different car. We saw multiple cars who were behind us in the drive thru line received their food during the 20 minutes we waited. My husband went inside to ask for a refund. The staff refused and was able to make our meal during those few minutes of conversation. My husband was already upset at the wait and tried to refuse the food and insisted on the refund, but was ultimately denied. The food was good, but it was definitely not worth the wait nor the denial of the refund after making us late for our plans.

  Incredibly rude. Blocked me from dashing there because I wouldn’t give the employee the persons address and directions. Yelled and cussed me over it.

  If I could give a worse score I would! I hope corporate see this. Your location sucks and everyone on the shift at 7:00pm on April 1st needs to be fired. The only exception I would say would be the young lady that took my order in the drive thru. They intentionally messed with my order. Or they are so incompetent they can't even make an order right. After I was told to park!

  There needs to be a zero star review I just arrived at this McDonald's it is normally a 24/7 McDonald's they have people that pick up all night long and the drive-throughs 24/7 they have no notices on the doors or anything and a gentleman comes and tells you we're closed we're closed for renovations right now it looks like they're doing some cleaning perhaps I know how that's called renovation okay is there cleaning but they gave no update on Google no update anywhere according to apps you can order from them right now but they're not fulfilling any orders at all in the gentleman got a little perturbed about the whole thing but there should be signs of people should be doing things the right way to let people know it is closed put it on the Marquee do something so people don't stop this approach they're doing is incorrect and wrong why give this McDonald's business

  I redeemed 1,500 points for this ice cream, and honestly, the portion and presentation were disappointing. The ice cream didn’t feel full or properly served, especially compared to how it used to be done with more care and pride. What made the experience worse was the customer service. Today around 2:30 PM, the employee in the blue shirt had a noticeably bad attitude. When I simply asked to make sure I was getting enough ice cream, she responded by saying that if I wanted a sundae, I should have ordered one before I left. That response felt unnecessary and dismissive. It’s not just about the ice cream. it’s about how customers are treated and the pride taken in serving food. Unfortunately, this experience lacked both.
