  Went through the drive thru and tried the Big Arch combo. Big Arch = Big Disappointment. Ordered tomatoes, but didn't get any. Not enough sauce or onions on the burger to keep it from being dry and tasteless. French fries tasted old and slightly freezer burned. Not your best effort McDonald's!

  Kaitlyn was wonderful. I hate that I have to give this location a 1 star because her service was extremely exceptional. It was the fact that I waited a the drive through for 5 minutes and the representative was Nonchalant about Efficiently and effectively receiving the customers order a line begins to develop behind me and the other people in the line were like hello to the screen as well with no response. If this was customer service, you should expedite the customers time and not work at your leisure so for that I am given this location of one star however you do have one great employee

  Please check your workers attitudes, especially whoever answered the store phone at 4:18 that claims to be the manager. and please ensure that food is made correctly with the correct items that are asked to be on the sandwich. Specifically, the three girls that were in the window at 4 o’clock on 04/04 a tall, one bad attitude, two by short ones giggling and talking on their phones all had me waiting for a double cheeseburger and a McChicken for 20 minutes all for it to be messed up. That’s not a problem. It happens. But for them to then proceeded to give me a sandwich with the damn receipt in the middle of the sandwich after I asked for it to be fixed with the correct items is insane. The tall unprofessional one also thought it was appropriate to try to disprove me that it was no lettuce on my double cheese burger. She had the bright idea to open the sandwich and just start talking about something that’s a simple mistake, to show me there’s no lettuce. But as soon as she looked at the sandwich, guess what she seen. LETTUCE. Then to be spiteful, these people either did something to the pattys ot chose the oldest most burnt burgers in the tray and proceeded to make the burger wrong a second time wrapping it in the same used burger wrapper and putting the sandwich slip inside the burger. It’s cool tho. I’ll come back here 3 times a day to make sure I give all the reviews I can until someone fixes this ignorant problem. Especially that “manager” who refused to answer the call not 3 polite questions I had. 1. Is this corporate or franchise ? 2. what’s her name as manager 3. Did she witness the remake and do she think it was appropriate what they did? She definitely knew exactly what happened because she called my order out immediately. But it’s ok, definitely will show the franchisee how poor his employees practice customer service and professionalism. I’m also calling the health department since your store wants to play with me and my kids food/health.

  12/10 worst McDonalds in a 10 mile radius Staff is rude and dismissive food is always cold Definately go to the one by the hospital or in Conyers or make the drive out to Monroe. The drive would be well worth the wasted time youll spend here being the only customer in the drive thru but still being asked to go to parking spot one and wait for cold burgers and nuggets to be brought to you.

  Absolutely disgusting. This was hands down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Everything was old, stale, and tasted like it had been sitting out all day — nuggets, chicken sandwich, fries, all of it. The oil clearly hasn’t been changed in forever. On top of that, the employees were loudly complaining the entire time, like customers being there was a problem. Completely unprofessional and trash service. I don’t even eat McDonald’s like that, but when I do, I expect it to at least be fresh. This place failed at the bare minimum. Honestly, I don’t know how this location is still open. I wouldn’t eat here again even if someone paid me.
