  Just came here it's 8:40 pm they are open until 9 but said the kitchen closed at 8:40 so they wouldn't serve us won't be back

  I had a very disappointing experience at Johnny’s Pizza. I called in to place an order and was put on hold for an extended period of time. Instead of hanging up, I stayed on the line and actually drove to the location with my phone still on hold—just to see what was going on. When I arrived, I asked to speak with a manager, only to find out the person I was speaking to was the manager. As I tried to show him how long I had been waiting on the phone, he cut me off mid-sentence and abruptly said, “So what can I help you with?” His tone was dismissive and unprofessional. At that point, I said, “Wow, if this is how I’m going to be treated…” Before I could even finish, he responded with, “Ma’am, have a good day,” and walked away. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a management position. Customer service should be a priority, and unfortunately, this experience showed the complete opposite. Very disappointing.

  Was visiting the area from Houston and was looking for delicious pizza for dinner. We chose this place over 2 other pizza places we found on Google and was disappointed in the school cafeteria-style pizza. We did order a calzone that was very good! The staff was trying their best to clean tables fast enough to handle the crowds coming in. Our server was attentive. Clearly this place is popular with the locals. We left wanting better pizza.

  I recently placed a to-go order and was really disappointed when I sat down to eat. My Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo was cold, but not evenly. The bottom of the dish was cold, while the top was still warm definitely not how I expected it to be. I called to ask if it was supposed to be served this way, but instead of getting a quick answer, I was put on hold immediately. I waited for 12 minutes, but no one ever came back to the phone. It was frustrating to not get any help or clarification. I understand things can get busy, but the lack of communication and poor quality of the food made for a really disappointing experience. I was hoping for much better.
