    I order 2 salads and they were very good. But one of the salads were missing ingredients. This the second time this has happened. Very disappointing

    25 minutes for 5 chicken tenders, no sides. Never coming back. Gave me time to read the low health score by the door. 8 people working behind the counter must have meant only one in the kitchen. I’ll be fine to go to the many other places with chicken tenders surrounding this.

    The older lady Elizabeth that took our order was as sweet as she could be but ths gaggle at the server pick up window was disgustingting. Bunch of sistas cutting up and just standing around, watching everyone work

    Re: Magoo's Favorite Salad. I have been given the "run around" requesting a refund for this salad that was full of stems - No Lettuce.  I almost choked on the stems, and was unable to eat this salad. I immediately notified Magoo's Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and was Finally contacted Monday, March 16th, stating the General Manager would have to process the refund, but it will be refunded to my credit card Today. On March 17th, Charles Cochran (General Manager) from Magoo's contacted me, stating since I ordered via Uber Eats, I would have to contact Uber Eats.  It was further stated that this is how they make this salad...... I immediately reached out to UBER Eats, as directed by Charles Cochran (General Manager), and was told by UBER Eats that Magoo's has to refund me since the salad was made by them. So, Today, March 18th, I am Once again requesting, from Magoo's a refund to my credit card (original form of payment), for this salad that was inedible. Waiting..............
