First off the trash can by the front door was at overflow capacity the floor was dirty tables were even worse than the floor. I only ordered 2 cheeseburgers and they screwed up both of them. I will not be going back to this new location I will remain a loyal customer to the five guys on 138 in conyers. Worst experience ever.

Have been there twice, have 2 issues.
This store does not have combo pricing (little fry and drink) like the other stores around us. Also was really disappointed in the amount of fries. We got a regular fry on both occasions and only got what would have been a little fry at the other stores around us.
The amount of fries is one of their trademark things.

I used to think of 5 Guys as ‘expensive but worth it.” Now it’s ‘just expensive’. The staff and the burger quality were great. I agree with another reviewer, the portion sizes are smaller. When someone orders lettuce and onions on their burger you can assume they like them and want to see and taste some…a few slivers for show Is not enough. And I remember 5 Guys was famous for overfilling the fries. No extra fries today. Also noticed no napkins out where customers can get them to clean up ketchup or drink spills. Good thing I got 3 napkins in my bag. Clearly this location will be profitable, because they are tight!

Can't comment on food as I was never served. I'm a police officer here in the city and walked up to the register, as there was no one else in line, and stood there. Many employees made eye contact with me but no one ever spoke to me. I was in uniform and as other patrons arrived behind me in line still no one would take my order. Eventually I assumed my order was not going to be taken and left. Too bad was looking forward to a new restaurant in our town.

We purchased dinner to go Saturday when we got home the fries were small instead of regular. I called spoke with Stephanie and she said hold on to receipt and it will be taken care of when I return. She wasn’t as concerned but nice nasty. Today I went to get lunch with receipt. Didn’t ask for anything extra only what I paid for. The owner was at the counter. He didn’t speak but asked “how can I help you”. I explained everything and asked him to just take it off my bill. He said “I’m going to give this back to you (receipt) and when you want regular fries I will give you one for free. My response was you are not giving me anything for free because I paid. He never said I’m sorry for your inconvenience or how can we make this right. His focus was “you ate fries Saturday so it is for free. I took a deep breath and asked if we could start over. I asked him his name his response “you don’t need to know my name”. I smiled and said you must be the owner and he said yes. I asked “when you screw up and order especially when it’s take out do you do anything for inconvenience. His response was I’m giving you fries for free. The fact that he didn’t care, showed no compassion or customer service spoke in volume it was as he was looking down on me. I took him I see what I’m dealing with and it is a racist. The look on his face and response said it all. I told him I was going to do a review and his response was “I will delete it”. I will drive to Conyers before I ever go back again. Customer BAD SERVICE FROM THE OWNER 😳😡
What is the Five Guys story/How did you guys get your name?
Five Guys began its pursuit to redefine the global burger landscape in 1986 when Jerry and Janie Murrell asked three of their sons whether they wanted to start a business or go to college. Now, three decades after our first location opened in Arlington, Va., Five Guys – a fast-casual restaurant chain named for the Murrells' five sons – serves a classic take on hamburgers, fries and milkshakes in more than 1,700 locations across 24 countries.

How many restaurants does Five Guys have?
As of January 2026, we have more than 1,900 locations in over 24 countries!
Does Five Guys offer delivery?
Most North American locations offer delivery. The best way to find out if the location nearest to you offers delivery is to visit our website or download the app.
Additionally, we work with all major third-party delivery companies in the U.S., including DoorDash and Uber, so feel free to search for Five Guys through their platforms!
Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.
While our crew members do all they can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please review our nutritional, ingredient and allergen chart for the most accurate information.
Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
Why is Five Guys switching from a fry cup to a fry bag?
We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment. The bags allow air to circulate better, so fries stay fresh during delivery and takeout. Same portions, same great fries – just smarter packaging that’s also better for the environment.
