  The worst vanilla shake, and "bourbon" burger I've ever had. I didn't even finish either item. The shake had such a weird and nasty taste to it. I'll never go back here again. The young lady that helped me order was very nice, and she was right about the tots being delicious! The chili dog was ok, but before the first bite everything feel out of the bottom of the bun.

  I reviewed this place before ..the food is amazing but the service is TERRIBLE! The first time we went, guy was amazing..but this time (the one in Covington) the Indian lady at the register was so rude! She forgot our onion rings then LIED and said we didn’t tell her..UHM HES WE SID..then we ordered a to go after we weee done eating, she brought the bag to our table and I went to reach for it and she stuck her nose up and raised the bag over me and handed it to my husband..like really??!! Snooty for no reason!!! IF we go back I will not let her take our order at all! Makes no sense to be so rude!

  Today when we stopped for lunch the health inspector walked in right behind us. We ordered cheese bacon fries and two burgers and cheese curds our bill was 42 dollars we waited 30 to receive COLD, hard fries , while waiting we seen the health inspector check temps on the cheese and told everyone the cheese was out of temp and that it had to go, as soon as he turned his back the girl running the register STILL put that nasty out of temp cheese on our food. I’m discussed the owner had on sandals in the kitchen and the cook had no hair net and seemed to have an attitude. The health inspector also got them for NOT washing hands properly. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I DONT KNOW HOW THIS PLACE IS EVEN RUNNING. 2/10

  Cashier doesnt understand English messed up my order 4 TIMES. Missing orders and fries, worst experience EVER. To make it even worse, I spent so much time having them fix my oreder, my fries were cold. Milkshake was melted and terrible. The burger was small and had NO flavor. I WILL NEVER EVER spend a penny with this place ever again. Save yourself a headache and go to chillis up the street if you want a burger. Extremely disappointed and I wasted time and money.

  Ordered bourbon burger-delicious! Cheese could have been melted a little bit more but didn't hurt the flavor. The milk shakes are nothing to joke about you can taste the quality of ingredients. Fries were seasoned perfectly for dipping in the shake. Gave 3 stars on service because I asked for no whip cream on the shake and it came with it- not the end of the world but not the correct order that's all. Besides that staff was friendly and polite and earned my repeat business next time I'm in the area. No pictures of the burger because I ate it top fast 22.75 for burger fries drink shake
