  This location at night time is out of order. These people do not work and do their job. It needs to be more people being monitored to do their work correctly. They go out to store and smoke and walk around.

  ⭐ **One Star** EXTREMELY SLOW & Horrible Service!! I placed a mobile order for a *Build Your Own Luxe Box* and was instructed to go inside to pick it up. The app said my order would be ready at **4:23 PM**. I placed the order around **4:18 PM** and waited inside until **4:55 PM** before it was finally brought out. During that time, I watched several teenage staff members move extremely slowly, with no sense of urgency—standing around talking, laughing, and playing on their phones while orders piled up. A staff member named **Mario**, who was supposed to be handling drive-thru orders, was repeatedly on his phone and joking around instead of working. Eventually, an employee with pink hair came back from break and was the only one who actually helped and confirmed my mobile order. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially for a fairly new location. Long wait times, lack of urgency, and unprofessional behavior made this the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve had. I will not be returning to this location and will be contacting corporate as well.

  THE slowest taco bell in America since the first day they opened. I really wanted them to get better because they're right next door to me, but it's faster to go 5 minutes away. The wait was horrible then they just gave me one of every sauce instead of what I asked for. It's like what was the point of opening just close.

  We went for lunch today 1/6/2026 at 11:45am we pulled into the parking lot we noticed a young lady sitting in the back seat of her suv we entered the store and she followed in behind us and proceeded behind the counter 🙄 the restaurant was empty except one young man on his phone that never looked up he was there the entire time. The food was god awful I ordered 3 hard shell tacos the meat portion was ridiculous out of all three there wasn’t enough meat to feed a child I took it back to the counter and showed the young lady she informed me that that’s all the meat that they are allowed to put in each taco. 🌮 I can say my wife and I will never return. Oh lord the floor was so sticky with something you could hear yourself walking across the floor. #NEWTON CO HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE THIS ESTABLISHMENT…..
