  The one employee I dealt with was nice, but the drive thru took insanely long, they forgot my 2 orders of nacho fries, and my nacho cheese cup for my nachos had a TINY amount of cheese in it. Definitely not enough for a bag of chips.

  Hi this Taco Bell can get a zero from me. Instead of one star why because I order three tacos and three fries they had me wait 20 minutes and when they gave me my food, my fries was totally cold so when I went back in there and asked for hot fries, the boss just gonna look at me didn’t apologize they say nothing and when I did get my hot fries, I still didn’t get no apology. None of that and I think that’s just unprofessional for him and all they do is sitting around talking. I think this is bad business

  We went for lunch today 1/6/2026 at 11:45am we pulled into the parking lot we noticed a young lady sitting in the back seat of her suv we entered the store and she followed in behind us and proceeded behind the counter 🙄 the restaurant was empty except one young man on his phone that never looked up he was there the entire time. The food was god awful I ordered 3 hard shell tacos the meat portion was ridiculous out of all three there wasn’t enough meat to feed a child I took it back to the counter and showed the young lady she informed me that that’s all the meat that they are allowed to put in each taco. 🌮 I can say my wife and I will never return. Oh lord the floor was so sticky with something you could hear yourself walking across the floor. #NEWTON CO HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE THIS ESTABLISHMENT…..

  This is the worst Taco Bell in Covington. Hands down. Ordered online for pickup and when we got there they said they couldn't make a single thing on our order because they were out of burrito shells and cheese. How???? Taco Bell is literally the taco and burrito place. Actually insane.
