- CJCynthia JadeDec 11, 20251.0I went to pick up my sandwich from Subway today using my Disney perks, which allowed me to get a free footlong. When I opened the sandwich, there were barely any toppings and no cheese at all. I’ll attach a photo because it honestly looked nothing like a normal Subway sandwich. I called the store to ask about it, and the employee told me, “It’s a free sandwich. We make it a special way.” When I asked what that meant and why there was no cheese or toppings, he insisted he had put cheese on it and repeated that they “make it a special way” because it was free. He then said, “What do you want me to do about it? It’s a free sandwich.” The customer service was honestly terrible. A free sandwich shouldn’t mean a low-quality sandwich. I don’t know what’s going on at this location, but being dismissive and giving customers barely any toppings is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.

He needs some recognition I’ve never had that great of service at a subway in my entire life! A+++++
