She was complaining about having to come into work and complaining about her knee. Besides her the service has always been perfect and the food fresh and very good. The other ladies young and older are always nice. This lady I'm speaking of is the only problem I have had.

During my visit this evening 5/27, my brother encountered a staff member named LeAnn who was extremely rude and dismissive. He greeted her multiple times upon entering the restaurant, but she did not acknowledge him once. I was on FaceTime with him as he attempted to place our order, and her sarcastic tone and lack of professionalism were clearly apparent. My brother ultimately chose not to order because he did not feel comfortable having her prepare his food. I later went in to request the manager’s contact information and addressed the situation directly. I explained that her treatment of my brother was unwelcoming and unacceptable. Instead of listening respectfully, she simply nodded dismissively. When I mentioned that I’ve worked in customer service for over 16 years and understand the challenges of the job, she responded by saying she has three jobs. I explained, it does not excuse poor customer service. Respectful, courteous service should always be the standard—regardless of personal circumstances. I am extremely disappointed.
