  Crazy work! How are you going to tell customers you only have soft drinks and then sit there and make two frappes. There’s no denying it either I have photos. We came to McDonalds to get a biscuit and a frappe. We get to the ordering machine and try to order the frappe and they say we only have soft drinks. Then we get to the last window waiting for our food and we see an associate making not one but two frappes. The other associates notice us staring hard at her making them. And they are all smiling like they knew what they were doing! That’s so ridiculous! It’s just really upsetting to be lied to!

  Every time I go in McDonald’s, I have to wait around 15 to 20 minutes to receive my food and it seem like the food always seem old like I’ve just been warmed up. Seem like it’s always a lot of people working in there and seem like there’s a lot of people that’s always not doing nothing

  The girl that worked the night of the Super Bowl around 9:30pm at the 2nd drive window had that nastiest attitude and had beats headphones on both of her ears. 1st She tried handing the wrong drinks out that window. I politely let her know that those aren’t the drinks for the order I was picking up. She shut the window so quick. Then opened it and rudely asked me the name and slammed the window shut again. Then when she came back just tried to hand the order out the window without saying a word and slammed the window shut before I could ask her if everything was in the bag. We said excuse me, her manager was right there standing behind her and she was giving us the biggest attitude saying everything is in the bag. The food was cold. And the manager didn’t care that she was unprofessional, it seemed like he was actually endorsing it! Drive to the next McDonalds and save yourself from experiencing HORRIBLE customer service!

  I went through the drive thru today and the man literally asked if I order the fish filet and I said yes and he still gave me the wrong bag. I was really looking forward to that sandwich and they are so unorganized. Won’t be returning. On top of it the nuggets they gave me were undercooked and not crispy at all. :( very disappointed
