The guy said we have a inside customer she said she did not give a Dame and kept talking crap about customers. I will not be back to this location

My coffee is wrong 60% of the time. They either give me a frozen coffee that's pure coffee and no cream, or they'll give me all cream and no coffee. And 100% of the time I don't get a straw. This has been going on for months. I've even gotten so upset that I've driven to the location to have them remake it. I don't know if it's done on purpose, but I never have this issue when I order in store.
