I regularly order at other locations and this has never been a problem in the past. Upon entering the store I said good morning. Went to the register to let them know waited 5 minutes no acknowledgement, guy finally comes up, I tell him I have a mobile order for the drive-thru teyonna snaps at me saying it wasnt ready and mobile orders would be at the pickup counter. Cool go and wait. Multiple orders get made. Wait 15 minutes ask again because I see what i assumed was my order(it was), sitting for drive thru.. I'm told ill have to wait, they are busy, waiting on employees to get there and they'd get to me. Another employee gets there asks about the guy in the drive thru teyonna said i dont know what he wants but he can just keep sitting there, he had been there the whole time i was. Finally get my order given to me and they tried to add someone elses order to mine, which caused them to get mad when i told them i only had the coffees. All in all it took 35 minutes from the point I placed my order to receiving it and it was 2 hot coffees. Teyonnas bad attitude has made the employees attitudes rude and the atmosphere of the store hostile. I will not go back to this location as long as she is manager.
