  I try not to go to this dunkin. They don’t make the beverages right. Every time I’ve tried to order coffee here, it’s never good. I don’t think they understand the portions and ingredients correctly. The iced coffee tastes like either straight iced milk and syrup or straight water and syrup with just a teaspoon of coffee. Nasty. Total waste of time and money. If you’re going to make it at least make it right.

  Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! They are rude for no reason simply because they didn't get my order right. I love Town Center and I love Dunkin, but this one needs new staff with better customer service skills!

  The lady was very rude when I told her she gave me the wrong order got very loud with me. When I told her it was the wrong order I asked for the Dunkin hearts eyes day dream refresher and gave me the one with the chocolate on top. Terrible customer service! Didn’t fix the problem

  This place is has the most rudest uncut service like people in all of Dunkin’ Donuts. I will never go back here. You need to take time with your customers and thank them for coming to your location absolutely appalling customer service.

  I liked going when they first open. Their service was better they paid attention so that they were doing the order correctly. Now… I avoid this Dunkin’ like the plague. I travel further to go to another one. The food is always old AND the order is hardly ever right. On top of this, they have an attitude. Myself, I would not go there and found myself in the area really wanting a coffee so I decided to order. Order was incorrect, so I parked the car and went inside. I Noticed there was only one worker in there. I mentioned to the worker that’s the order was wrong and she started saying “well I made it already”. So I kept replying, “ I understand, but this is not what I wanted” This lady act like I was robbing her, and the money was coming directly from her pocket. I had to go back back-and-forth with her several times, made it until I finally made it clear that if you’re not going to make the order correctly, please just give me a refund. With complete attitude, she remade the drink. Never again… They are still building up the town center and hopefully a Starbucks will go into the new target. This place is an absolute no
