    I liked going when they first open. Their service was better they paid attention so that they were doing the order correctly. Now… I avoid this Dunkin’ like the plague. I travel further to go to another one. The food is always old AND the order is hardly ever right. On top of this, they have an attitude. Myself, I would not go there and found myself in the area really wanting a coffee so I decided to order. Order was incorrect, so I parked the car and went inside. I Noticed there was only one worker in there. I mentioned to the worker that’s the order was wrong and she started saying “well I made it already”. So I kept replying, “ I understand, but this is not what I wanted” This lady act like I was robbing her, and the money was coming directly from her pocket. I had to go back back-and-forth with her several times, made it until I finally made it clear that if you’re not going to make the order correctly, please just give me a refund. With complete attitude, she remade the drink. Never again… They are still building up the town center and hopefully a Starbucks will go into the new target. This place is an absolute no

    Was a bad experience as some of the crew said go to another Dunkin Donuts. Messed up our order , place was a mess, and the orders took forever to make . We had just two $6 combos and it took at least 30 minutes. This happened around 12pm on December 29th it was 2 girls and 2 guys . They really should have Undercover Boss so the company can see how it's run there, real bad experience.

    Donuts are almost always old and stale!! The glaze on mine this morning was crumbling off because the donut was so dry! I will stop going to this location in the future.
