- WRWilliam RyanDec 17, 20251.0I came here to pick up lunch like I normally do two or three times a week. This time it was around 2pm and there were 4 employees visible in the store. I was the only customer besides a lady who came for an interview. One guy was cutting meat, one lady was wiping tables and the other two ladies were stocking stuff in the drive through. I was standing there for over five minutes without one single employee saying a word. Finally, the lady who was wiping tables said “someone will be with you in a minute”. A few minutes she comes back and says “I guess that someone is me”. Then she is told to go clock out by one of the other ladies who then finally asked what I wanted. This whole process took almost 10 minutes and none of the employees even seemed concerned until more people were in line behind me. At this point one of the ladies is conducting an interview with to lady who came in before me. I imagine she’s a manager and she never even acknowledged that I was there even though she walked by me multiple. I’m the most easy going person you’ll ever meet but, this was some of the most awful “customer service” I’ve ever received so you’re getting this review. I worked in the restaurant business for over a decade and this is unacceptable. It’s bad enough that your portions continue to decrease but, with this awful service I don’t see a valid reason to continue eating here. This store obviously has a leadership problem. FYI I have never once complained about a single thing at this location until today.
