Breakfast service is especially poor—arriving before 6:00 a.m. is a gamble, as the restaurant is often not ready to open on time. The morning staff consistently appears unprepared. While the food is decent during lunch and dinner, service is extremely slow. On multiple occasions, I could have gone next door to Applebee’s and received my meal faster. This location needs serious improvement in both staffing and efficiency.

The past few months have been horrible! I don’t know what they changed but they need to change it back! People were leaving because they couldn’t get to order quickly. They play around too much behind the counter and only one cash register?? Lost our business!
